Elliott arrives at school on Backwards Day!
Highlights of the Day:
1) We continued developing our strategies for problem solving in math
2) We talked about rights and responsibilities during inquiry time
3) We illustrated an igneous rock formation for our rock and minerals research project. This rock formation is called Giant's Causeway. These illustrations such this will be a part of our presentations.
Good Citizenship in our classroom:
In the spirit of Backwards Day, Matthew suggested we start our day with our read aloud, usually that's how we end our day.
Ellie, Luna and Lily S. invited Sean and Ari to play during the lunch break
Grayson, Matthew, Elliott and James invited 3 boys to play in their soccer game during yesterday's recess break
Emily helped a small group with math

We our planning a coulee walk this Friday morning. Please dress accordingly.
Book fair is coming up. Student were sent home with information on our book fair.
