Celebrations:           

1.  We had a very interesting lesson by Miss Gooch today that focused on the idea of what is an ENEMY.  Students were asked to describe the characteristics of an "enemy"and then they listened to the story The Enemy.  They also watched the video The Christmas Truce.  Following some discussion, students were asked to complete the following statement "I used to think  . . .   but now I know . . .  "   

Something to talk about:  What did you learn from this activity today and how did your thinking change about "enemies"?

                       

2.  Mrs. Zwack's class had use of the laptops today so that the whole class could walk through how to do the following:

-log in to the laptop

-log in to their G-Mail

-connect to their new Google classroom

-log in to Epic Books and explore

Mr. Kelly's class will be doing this on Thursday morning.
