Highlights

1.  Today we reread Ch. 19 of the Wild Robot.  The title was "Observations" and it described what Roz observed while camouflaging herself with leaves and mud.  Students were asked to "visualize" each description and show it in a stained glass format.  The results were amazing!

2.  The grade 3 students in Mrs. Zwack's group completed their Reading SLA today while the grade 4's worked on a math assessment to show what they remember from grade 3.  Mr. Kelly's class will do the same tomorrow.

Something to Talk About

What was your greatest challenge today?

What Zone did that put you in?

How did you handle that challenge?

We will place some math videos into our Google classroom for review of basic number concepts that we have been working on.  *** Please note that we discussed with students that we do not use a comma between the thousands and the hundreds and that we do not use the word "and"when reading and writing numbers.

Friday is Non-Instructional Day for students.  Monday is the Thanksgiving holiday.  Enjoy!
